Our performance division is dedicated to improving athletic development with specific programming for strength and weight lifting. We design individualized programs to address your weaknesses and make them your strengths. We build off the foundational movements and then become more specific based on the needs of your sport.

Personal
Training
We are creating a different approach to personal training. Each package bought will begin with an orthopedic screen by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to pinpoint major areas of concern to reduce risk of injury and/or ways to train around injuries. We are here to challenge you and help you meet your physical and personal goals.
